We are a small-scale family run sheep dairy in Madison County. We seasonally milk about 45 sheep and we sell raw milk (through the NC Herdshare Law), Grade A sheep milk yogurt and a small but growing list of sheep cheeses.

Pine Meadow Dairy Goats is a small goat dairy located east of Gainesville, FL offering raw goat milk and milk products.

Grass to Table is a very small, family-owned farm, located in Floyd County. Their 100% A2/A2 herd is on pasture 24/7/365. The cows are grazed rotationally, with long rest periods for the grass, which creates a high-nutrient milk. Cows are milk just once a day, creating a thick milk creamline. Milk is poured in glass (no plastic ever used).

We have happy healthy cows that are excited to be high producers! Our milk offers a high cream content with kitchen made products such as buttermilk, butter, cheese, and whipped cream.
